Hi, I’m Rebecca.

I'm a leadership coach who loves working with intelligent, thoughtful people who care deeply about doing good work and leading fulfilling lives. My coaching is informed by a Master of Coaching Psychology and more than 20 years' experience in professional services, including 10 years with Deloitte, EY and Towers Watson.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is creating a space where people can slow down, hear their own voices and translate insight into meaningful action. In the busyness of everyday life, it's surprisingly rare to have uninterrupted time to think out loud with someone who listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions and isn't telling you what to do. At the same time, I'm not afraid to challenge unhelpful assumptions or help you notice patterns you may not have seen before. My aim is for you to leave each conversation feeling both supported and challenged, with greater clarity about yourself and confidence in what comes next.

As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand both the strengths and the challenges of navigating systems that aren't always designed with different minds in mind. This lived experience complements my academic research and professional practice, bringing both empathy and curiosity to my work.

What continues to inspire me is seeing the ripple effects of coaching. When someone understands themselves more deeply and begins working with – not against – who they are, the benefits rarely stop with them. They ripple out into their leadership, relationships, families, teams and the communities they're part of.

When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me swimming at my local beach, walking through the Australian bush, writing poetry or laughing out loud with my children. Those moments remind me that a fulfilling life isn't defined by someone else's idea of success, but by living in a way that reflects what matters most to you. It's a belief that shapes both the way I live and the way I coach.

If my approach resonates with you, I'd love to learn more about you and explore whether we're a good fit to work together.
