Coaches and Helping Professionals

Deepen your confidence in supporting neurodivergent clients.

Many coaches and helping professionals want to provide genuinely neuro-affirmative support, yet receive little formal training in what this looks like in practice. It can be difficult to move beyond good intentions and develop the confidence to work in ways that are both evidence-informed and responsive to each person's unique way of thinking, learning and relating.

I offer a reflective space for coaches and helping professionals who want to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity and strengthen their practice. Together, we'll explore how neuro-affirmative, autonomy-supportive principles can be applied thoughtfully, ethically and flexibly—without reducing people to diagnostic labels or one-size-fits-all approaches.

Our conversations might include:

  • Exploring the practical application of neuro-affirmative coaching.

  • Recognising and challenging implicit biases and neuronormative assumptions.

  • Strengthening autonomy-supportive coaching skills.

  • Thinking through complex client situations from multiple perspectives.

  • Better understanding different nervous systems, communication styles and ways of processing the world.

  • Creating coaching relationships that foster psychological safety, trust and authentic growth.

  • Reflecting on your own assumptions, decision-making and professional development.

Rather than offering formulas or prescriptive techniques, my aim is to help you develop the confidence to think critically, remain curious and respond flexibly to the unique person sitting in front of you.

Whether you're new to working with neurodivergent clients or looking to deepen an existing area of practice, our conversations provide a space to reflect, learn and continue developing your own coaching philosophy.

If you're committed to becoming a more thoughtful, confident and neuro-affirmative practitioner, I'd love to hear from you.
